  • What days are picnics available?

    We can only do picnics on weekends, since most members of our team work during the week. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we are not offering any weekday picnics this summer, only Saturdays and Sundays.

    Our season runs from May through the end of September.

  • How many can I have in a group?

    Our picnics are designed for two people to enjoy. For additional guests up to 6 people total, please select the correct headcount as an add-on on the booking page. For groups larger than 6 people, please submit an inquiry on our large booking inquiry page.

  • What if it rains?

    If rain is in the forecast, we will be in touch with you throughout the week. If it is very likely to rain, we will notify you a few days ahead of time that we will not be doing picnics that weekend, and you have the option to either be refunded or to reschedule at no additional charge. If there is a small chance of rain, you’re welcome to go through with the picnic, but if you would like to cancel or reschedule, we require a 72 hour notice.

  • What about kids?

    We love seeing young ones enjoying a park day with one of our set ups! As far as cost, it’s up to you. If your children are young enough where they will not need place settings, then you don’t need to include them in your booking / inquiry.

  • Can I bring my own food?

    Yes, all packages include place settings, but only the Madison and Park include food. You’re welcome to bring whatever you like.

    It is technically not legal to consume alcohol in Central Park, so bringing alcohol is at your own risk.

  • Can I speak to a live person?

    Our managerial team is pretty small, and often very busy during the week, so we prefer to be contacted via email. If you do feel the need to speak with us on the phone, fill out the contact form with some good times to call you and a member of our team will reach out when we are free.
